TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of pbprint.au and any order you place. PBprint is a brand of Red Luto Pty Ltd (ABN 99 160 932 614). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & custom products

Our products are personalised and made to order from the information and files you provide. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit — including spelling, stats, lift weights, sizes, colours and uploaded route files. We print what's submitted, so please review your design and the live preview carefully before checkout.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where a genuine error has occurred.

4. Production & delivery

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping & Delivery page. We aren't liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns, remakes & consumer guarantees

Because items are personalised, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. We will remake or re-ship items that arrive faulty, damaged or printed incorrectly — see our Returns & Remakes page. Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the route data and content you upload, and you grant us the licence we need to use it to produce and fulfil your order. You confirm you have the right to use any data or content you submit. The PBprint brand, site design and product designs remain our property.

7. Acceptable use

Don't upload content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to remaking or re-supplying the product, or refunding its price. This does not limit your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
