We collect only what we need to make and ship your Remnant, and we handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Who we are

PBprint is a brand of Red Luto Pty Ltd (ABN 99 160 932 614), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. You can reach us at hello@pbprint.au.

What we collect

  • Order details — your name, email and shipping address, and the personalisation you enter (such as stats, lift weights or display text).
  • Your uploads — GPS route files (GPX) you upload to design a Remnant.
  • Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the site (pages viewed, actions taken), collected via cookies.

How we use it

  • To produce, fulfil and ship your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To provide customer support and process remakes.
  • To improve the website and understand which products resonate.
  • To send you marketing only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe any time.

Who we share it with

We only share data with the service providers we need to run the store, including:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Australia Post — delivery.
  • Supabase — secure storage for orders and uploaded route files.
  • SendGrid — order and support emails.
  • Google Analytics and Meta — website analytics and advertising measurement.

We never sell your personal information.

We use cookies for essential site functionality (like your cart) and for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.

Data retention & security

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal and tax obligations, then dispose of it securely. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or request its deletion where we're not required to keep it. Email hello@pbprint.au and we'll help. If you have a privacy concern you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
