Production time

Because each Remnant is custom-made from your route or your lift, there's a short production window before your order is dispatched. Most orders are made and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Larger or multi-item orders (such as Podium Remnants or Triple Lift Remnants) can take a little longer — we'll keep you posted by email.

Delivery options

All orders ship via Australia Post with tracking. Choose your speed at checkout:

Standard (Australia Post) — $9.95 · 5–8 business days from dispatch
Express (Australia Post) — $19.95 · 2–3 business days from dispatch · priority dispatch

If you order more than one item, everything ships together in a single package.

Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in Australia. We don't offer international shipping yet — if you'd like a Remnant sent overseas, email us at hello@pbprint.au and we'll see what we can do.

Tracking your order

You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out, and a tracking number once your Remnant is on its way. Questions about a specific order? Email hello@pbprint.au with your order details.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll re-send it once any return-to-sender and re-postage costs are covered.
